Describe a situation where a client disagreed with your functional recommendation — on a configuration decision, a process design, or a requirements interpretation. What was the disagreement, how did you handle it, and what was the outcome?
What is something you believed about software implementation earlier in your career that you no longer believe? What changed your mind?
