As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, helping them maximize the value of our software, and ensuring their long-term success.

This position is full-time and has the option to be remote based on experience from the US or based in our Sacramento, CA office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, lasting relationships.
  • Client Support and Troubleshooting: Address client inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate technical problems to the appropriate teams.
  • Client Success: Proactively monitor client engagement and usage, identifying opportunities for clients to derive more value from NEXGEN’s software.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather and relay client feedback to the product development team to help improve our offerings.
  • Documentation: Create and update support documentation and resources for clients.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in client support or account management roles, preferably with SaaS software.
  • Technical Skills: Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex software features.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Attributes:

  • SaaS Experience: Previous experience supporting SaaS software is highly desirable.
  • Technical Training: Experience in conducting technical training sessions.
  • Collaboration: Strong ability to collaborate with internal teams and serve as the client’s primary point of contact.

Salary range of $60,000 - $75,000/year based on experience.
